I will upload the "Mr Linky" the last day of January, and will be checking that things go smoothly. The first few days are always kind of crazy but all of it is good.
Tips:
This is a challenge about faces. Not the whole body, not buildings, not sale links. Animals faces are welcome, and things with a face too. Just try to have a variety and something different for you.
*Please do not make extra "Linkys" for this, as it gets confusing for all. The only place where to add your blog is in this blog.
*Do not start ahead, this is supposed to be a daily exercise, not a show and tell, then run. Part of the challenge is to dedicate daily time for your art.
*Turn off the captcha verification, it will help your visitors and they will come back. If they have to deal with many captchas, they will not bother leaving a post.
*Try a new thing! Play with your unopened paint, or that pretty paper you have stashed away. Even the little app you just downloaded! Practice a new technique and don't judge yourself too hard.
*Visit blogs and leave a message, we all love to hear from our visitors! ♥
*Aim for 29 and Have fun!

ReplyDeleteI've just read the 'Help' about linking, but still rather confused. I'll see how I get on when we start. I knew I was doing it wrong in September, but didn't know how to do it right (I am very blog challenged on this type of thing), and couldn't find where to send you a message. I guess I would need to ask a question on a comment. Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteJez, don't worry, many new people to "Linky" don't understand easy. If the image didn't make sense either, then just make sure you always have the tag/label in your posts, and I will fix it for you. I always end up fixing many, so not a problem!

ReplyDeleteTo link to the Mr Linky yes, you need some type of blog. Just keep in mind that some sites you have to be a member to comment on the posts, like flickr. So that means chances are, very few will be able to post a comment for you.
DeleteBut there's also the facebook page where you can post if you are there. Check the links on the side bar.
I've been wanting to participate in this challenge for the last year and have never quite got in at the start...so I a SUPER excited to already have my first two faces done and am getting ready to add the button to my blog and start blogging! Thanks for organizing this challenge!

ReplyDeleteLauri in your case, it is not working because your blog ins not in blogspot. I don't know how to tell you in weebly, but if you see a "tag" to add in the posts, that might help.
